A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user leaves our site, the cookie expires and no longer collects information. If a user rejects the cookie, the user may still view our site.

Security

This Web site takes precautions to protect user information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, this information is protected both online and offline. When our registration form asks users to enter sensitive information, that data is encrypted and protected with SSL encryption, which we believe to be the best encryption software in the industry. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user information offline. All user information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. In addition, the servers we use to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Additional Information/Mailings

When an eMail address is provided, a user will occasionally receive information on products or services, and/or a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we offer the option not to receive these types of communications. Please see "opt out" below.

Opt Out

Users are given the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving information at the point where we ask for the information. For example, a name and eMail address may be required when downloading our brochures, but an opt-out checkbox is available for those not wanting to receive additional information. Opt-out instructions also appear at the bottom of eMails.

Notification of Changes

If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Web site so users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If, at any point, we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an eMail. Users can choose whether or not we can use their information in this different, specified manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which it was collected.
