Extended Warranty Direct Marketing
Extended warranty contracts provide peace of mind in the form of after-warranty protection for vehicles and other big-ticket purchases. Calling on multiple competencies, Budco is heavily involved in all aspects of the extended warranty business for several customers. Budco understands how to talk to consumers regarding the many benefits of purchase, and uses this expertise to create a variety of direct marketing materials addressed to and personalized by individual, type of purchase, recommended coverage, and other variables. Such communications are digitally printed in-house. Eight million letters, brochures, and other materials are produced and mailed to consumers each year. Increasingly, traditional direct mail is supplemented with permission-based e-mail and other online communications.
