Training
Budco views training as a critical factor in its success. Consequently, we invest a significant and greater-than-average amount of resources in training. We do this for the following reasons:

- Training allows us to provide employees with the opportunity to continuously learn

Budco's Human Resources, Training and Development department is dedicated to this cause. We provide initial orientation training,
general Budco corporate training, and job-specific training. We utilize in-house instructors, individual coaching, and outside consultants and experts.
Budco University
The objective of Budco University is to provide learning opportunities for Budco staff members that will allow us to excel in our
professional careers and to deliver tangible business improvements. As "execution specialists," Budco staff members must remain on
the cutting edge in order to fulfill our clients' needs and uphold the Budco mission and vision statements. Budco has continually
supported training and learning initiatives. These programs have included corporate, supervisory and leader training. In 2001, we
launched Budco University in partnership with Wayne State University thanks to a generous grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
This has allowed us to further develop an educational foundation for our staff members and provides us the knowledge needed in our current and
anticipated business environment.
