Position: Project Coordinator

Job Location: Robbinsville, New Jersey

Description: The Project Coordinator is responsible for all processing and administrating functions relating to pertinent client requests, inventory management, reporting and related programs. The primary responsibilities include the overall day to day communications with our clients, coordination and internal facilitation of client-specific business rules, processes and requests. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Account Manager and Production to ensure clients’ programs are executed accurately and within specified timeframes.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the communication liaison between the client and internal departments for day to day processing activities.
  • Manage the service provided by all departments.
  • Plan and monitor daily activity.
  • Responsible for generating the documentation needed to allow for client related requests to be functionally completed by Budco.
  • Communicate status of requests, changes in schedule, updates and information to the client.
  • Responsible for ensuring client’s quality throughout any and all processes – performs quality sign-off and review of quality documentation.
  • Ultimately accountable for client inventory, all reporting associated with client inventory and order processing for fulfillment of client inventory.
  • Ensure requests are responded to in a quality conscious and timely manner.
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of job materials, data downloads and other electronic transferred information – subsequently follow through with administrating needed documentation to comply with internal processing functions.
  • Organize receipt of stock and outside purchases required to perform job.
  • Keep track of multiple jobs in various stages in production process.
  • Make recommendations to Account Manager on those areas that could benefit from an efficiency and process improvement prospective.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years experience with direct customer contact
  • Experience in pick-pack fulfillment, distribution and warehousing
  • Knowledge in direct mail & DTC campaigns is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, mainly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must be assertive and have the ability to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment, work independently and with groups
  • Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Position: Computer Systems Analyst

Job Location: Highland Park, Michigan

Description: As part of the Brand Management team, responsible for software construction and ongoing maintenance for the Brand Management Platform (BMP). Work closely with the systems analyst role to translate business requirements into working, well-tested software. Work with the technical lead and other developers to ensure that the software is well-designed and well-constructed according to BMP standards.  Analyze and correct issues found in production, and may be called upon to provide ongoing production support. Utilize the following tools and technologies: Java SE, JPA, Hibernate, Spring, Quartz.

Position: SharePoint Developer

Job Location: Highland Park, Michigan

Summary: This position is responsible for planning, designing, installing, configuring, testing, developing, and maintaining a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) environment. Working with the IT organization, customers, and the different user departments, the SharePoint Developer will apply industry accepted best practices, as well as, principles and processes uniquely related to SharePoint in developing an efficient and effective server environment, collaborative workspaces, user and team sites, and custom site applications.

Job Description:

  • Perform full life cycle SharePoint Development including design, development and architecture.
  • Configure various SharePoint services such as Search, Excel Web Services, Content deployments, etc.
  • Work on search index strategies and security strategies for internal and external sites.
  • Implement various authentication schemes such as Windows Authentication, Form Based Authentication (FBA), etc.
  • Manage and maintain clients' SharePoint sites using solid understanding of the latest SharePoint 2010 techniques and web design best practices.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the company and facilitate the integration with SharePoint where possible.
  • Define, develop, and architect solutions related to in-house infrastructure and third-party platforms.
  • Assist in leading the development of customer facing/high availability web projects.
  • Interface with users to gather requirements and troubleshoot work issues.
  • Lead complex projects from design and development to production.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Manage and support the SharePoint governance of the organization by guiding and directing the business divisions and IT teams to achieve business goals.  Help develop a comprehensive governance plan.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • A working knowledge of SharePoint 2007-2010
  • Experience with setting up Single Sign on
  • Experience in integrating MOSS with a Microsoft Exchange Server environment.
  • Experience in Document Collaboration tools and company wide information systems are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SharePoint concepts and design approaches is required.
  • Able to work independently and on teams.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint architectural design, hands on SharePoint and Web development experience, management and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint solutions.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to leverage SharePoint to drive innovation in relation to collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) in a SharePoint environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-tier client-server architectures, web and relational database technologies.
  • Experience with MOSS object model and SharePoint Designer

Education:

  • 2+ years SharePoint architecture and design experience in customizing SharePoint
  • Microsoft Solutions Developer Certification (MCSD) is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
