Position: Client Services Coordinator

Description: The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for the internal and external support of client expectations and day-to-day administrative functions, serving as the liaison between clients and internal operational departments. This position is expected to participate in developing programs and process, coordinating projects, order processing/fulfillment, ownership of inventory management, and special reporting. Through their global knowledge of operational functions they will provide the best solution to ensure flawless execution supporting “Our Values” in providing outstanding customer service and support. This role will take ownership for the execution of all projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide/create detailed work instructions for all operational areas utilizing customer specifications
  • Responsible for the integrity of all inventory owned or stored as part the program
  • Facilitates ongoing communication between all internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Verify and communicate specifications for ad-hoc jobs, to ensure maximum efficiency and flawless execution
  • Identify, schedule, and communicate changes in scope during the ongoing execution of the program with internal and external customers to clarify expectations, provide project status and ensure solid communication flow between parties to ensure timing and proper execution
  • Responsible for the day-to-day e-store management, inventory management, project coordination and order fulfillment for all assigned projects and coordination of material flow for production
  • Manage customer inventory throughout its life cycle utilizing the following inventory management tools: ASN’s, item set up, low water management, lot and expiration tracking, back order monitoring, physical inventories and scrapping
  • Work order documentation and monitoring issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements, cost savings or alternative execution methods as well as coordinating estimates and may assist with billing and receivables
  • Willingness to go above and beyond required needs to meet the client expectations

Position: Technical Architecture Director

Description: Ensure the technical integrity of Budco’s enterprise platforms and formulate the technical direction for Budco’s on-going strategic technical investments. Lead the planning, analysis, and definition of technology standards. Partner with Senior IT Leaders to ensure implementation and compliance. Work closely with Senior Level Leadership across Budco to set the direction, vision, and technical strategic objectives for Budco. Create system solutions and high-level technical designs to meet identified business requirements. Analyze and design architectural improvements to core technologies to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of critical Budco software. Technically evaluate all software development projects to support Budco. Establish guidelines for acceptance and technical review of all design documents with sign-off authority. Mentor IT Organization on adherence to design and architecture guidelines. Assist teams in adopting new infrastructure and technologies. Provide documentation, training, and mentoring. Identify, evaluate, and formally recommend third-party software and technology packages and services. Actively participate in the evaluation and implementation of new software applications and infrastructure. Propose changes in process, policy, and standards as they relate to the architecture and design principles. Assist management in the prioritization of infrastructure development projects. Actively participate in the recruiting process. Identify training/conferences that will assist in developing necessary skills for technical staff. Utilize the following: Java, J2EE, JSP, Struts, JavaScript, WebSphere, LINUX, ANT, Oracle, and Eclipse.

Specifications: Position requires a High School Diploma and four years relevant experience. Three (3) years experience in all of the following: (1) Java and J2EE; (2) JSP and Struts; (3) JavaScript and WebSphere; (4) LINUX and ANT; and (5) Oracle and Eclipse.

Position: Lead Generation Manager

Description: Lead Generation Manager is an inside sales role responsible for generating qualified leads to our sales executives. Must have at least 3-5 years experience in lead generation and appointment setting. Experience working with a marketing services company is a plus but not required. This position can be either full time or part time. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Outbound cold calling with the goal of cultivating conference calls or meeting appointment for VP’s of sales/business development
  • Manage a comprehensive sales automation tool and industry specific database
  • At the point of qualifying the lead, it will be your responsibility to pass the relationship to an pre-assigned VP of Business Development 
  • Consistently achieving monthly leads goals that are qualified
  • Ability to create new business relationships at the VP, Director levels of Fortune 1000 companies
  • Ability to communicate Budco’s value proposition and explain the benefits of our integrated solutions and  comprehensive suite of services
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and all requested marketing activities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to describe Budco’s positioning.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry
  • Actively maintain prospect-specific sales activity within Salesforce.com
  • Identify and develop multiple decision maker and influencer relationships within a prospective account to enhance the sales process

Required Competencies:

  • Proven ability to strategically sell integrated solutions in consultative manner at the “C” level
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to comfortably relate and interact with senior level management in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, operations and IT
  • Fulfillment and Direct Marketing industry experience with a strong solution/services sales aptitude
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Effective time and sales management skills
  • Must demonstrate superior industry knowledge and the ability to transfer our products’ attributes to the requirements of the vertical marketplace

Position: Senior Java Developer

Description: Work closely with the systems analyst to translate business requirements into working, well-tested software. Analyze and correct issues found in production. Provide ongoing production support. Solve problems and contribute expertise on the existing complex software platform. Understand the business domain the platform is designed to model. Implement customer/offer data import and extract. Participate in database transaction management. Implement business rules for customer registration, redemption and reversal. Develop oracle procedures for data extract. Deploy code/data to various environments. Develop user interface using Google Web Tool kit. Utilize the following Java/J2EE, Oracle 10g, JavaScript, JSP, and Rational Rose.

Specifications: Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and six months relevant experience. Six (6) months experience must have included: (1) Java/J2EE; (2) Oracle 10g; (3) JavaScript; (4) JSP; and (5) Rational Rose.

Position: Senior Developer

Description: Analyze, develop and deploy new functionalities. Provide enhancements, maintenance, and proactive support of ERP and BLS systems. Participate in the analysis and design phases of the project in order to finalize user, functional, and technical requirements. Develop front end data entry screens using Forms 10g. Develop various end-user reports utilizing Reports 10g per requirements. Generate XML documents from database using PL/SQL packages. Develop procedures in order to load data from plain text files into database tables. Write shell scripts to validate data in staging tables per business rules.  Involved in performance tuning. Develop unit test scripts by creating UT packages to automate the testing process. Develop various database install scripts for the new system. Participate in production support and implementation of Change Requests. Provide end-user support. Utilize the following technologies: PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, UNIX Shell Scripts, SQL, Oracle Applications 8.x/9.x/10.x, TOAD, and Oracle Forms, 4.5/6i/9i, Reports 6i/9i.

Specifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Position: Technical Lead

Description: Serve as a member of the e-Solutions team. Responsible for system analysis, design, application development, and implementation of business systems. Gather and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.  Write detailed descriptions of user need, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within the existing system. Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to specify in detail operations to be performed by equipment, computer programs, and operations. Review design ideas and prototypes with System Analysts and Software Engineers. Prepare test plans based on system requirement specifications. Inspect test results for accuracy and completeness. Manage tasks for a team of one to five developers.  Lead code reviews.  Provide hands-on coding. Submit task level progress reports to Technical Team Lead. Mentor team members in best practices. Assist in technical interviewing. Assist in estimation. Utilize the following tools, technologies, and platforms: UNIX, LINUX, PL/SQL, Struts, JBoss Application Server, WebSphere, Apache Web Server, Oracle, Java, Java Server Pages, Servlet, JDBC, Java, J2EE, JSP, ANT, and Eclipse.
