Position: Client Services Coordinator

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for the internal and external support of client expectations and day-to-day administrative functions, serving as the liaison between clients and internal operational departments. This position is expected to participate in developing programs and process, coordinating projects, order processing/fulfillment, ownership of inventory management, and special reporting.  Through their global knowledge of operational functions they will provide the best solution to ensure flawless execution supporting “Our Values” in providing outstanding customer service and support. This role will take ownership for the execution of all projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide/create detailed work instructions for all operational areas utilizing customer specifications
  • Responsible for the integrity of all inventory owned or stored as part the program
  • Facilitates ongoing communication between all internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Verify and communicate specifications for ad-hoc jobs, to ensure maximum efficiency and flawless execution
  • Identify, schedule, and communicate changes in scope during the ongoing execution of the program with internal and external customers to clarify expectations, provide project status and ensure solid communication flow between parties to ensure timing and proper execution 
  • Responsible for the day-to-day e-store management, inventory management, project coordination and order fulfillment for all assigned projects and coordination of material flow for production
  • Manage customer inventory throughout its life cycle utilizing the following inventory management tools: ASN’s, item set up, low water management, lot and expiration tracking, back order monitoring, physical inventories and scrapping
  • Work order documentation and monitoring issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements, cost savings or alternative execution methods as well as coordinating estimates and may assist with billing and receivables
  • Willingness to go above and beyond required needs to meet the client expectations

  • Order processing and inventory management specific to program requirements
  • Strong customer service orientation, time management skills and  ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational,  planning and problem solving skills

Position: VSC Sales Representative

The position is responsible for presenting and educating consumers regarding the benefits of a vehicle service contract. These activities include:

Required Skills:

  • Experience supervising 2-3 clerks, minimum 7 years
  • ERP type software experience acceptable, Dynamics GP experience a plus

Position: Client Services Manager

The Client Service Manager is responsible for the delivery of ongoing projects, programs and the management of existing accounts. They will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client inquiries and request pertaining to specific programs and manage the team responsible for the successful ongoing execution.

The Client Service Manager works closely with the client to set goals, successful metrics and ensure programs are managed and delivered effectively. They ensure that the correct resources are allocated to the project to maintain successful delivery and execution. They identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, reduce cost and improve customer satisfaction. They identify, document, gain approval for and manage changes to scope within the program. They control budget, oversee monthly invoicing, and monitor overall profitability of the account. The role may also include assisting with Sales proposals and client presentations for opportunities within the same customer, account or organization; collecting presenting research information, estimates, technical specifications and custom reporting.

Position: Lead Generation Manager

Description: Lead Generation Manager is an inside sales role responsible for generating qualified leads to our sales executives. Must have at least 3-5 years experience in lead generation and appointment setting. Experience working with a marketing services company is a plus but not required. This position can be either full time or part time. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Outbound cold calling with the goal of cultivating conference calls or meeting appointment for VP’s of sales/business development

Position: Senior Java Developer

Description: Work closely with the systems analyst to translate business requirements into working, well-tested software. Analyze and correct issues found in production. Provide ongoing production support. Solve problems and contribute expertise on the existing complex software platform. Understand the business domain the platform is designed to model. Position: Senior Developer

Description: Analyze, develop and deploy new functionalities. Provide enhancements, maintenance, and proactive support of ERP and BLS systems. Participate in the analysis and design phases of the project in order to finalize user, functional, and technical requirements. Develop front end data entry screens using Forms 10g. Develop various end-user reports utilizing Reports 10g per requirements. Generate XML documents from database using PL/SQL packages. Develop procedures in order to load data from plain text files into database tables. Write shell scripts to validate data in staging tables per business rules.  Involved in performance tuning. Develop unit test scripts by creating UT packages to automate the testing process. Develop various database install scripts for the new system.
